Cucumber Basil Sparkling Lemonade

  • 1 cup (150g) cucumber coarsely chopped
  • 6 fresh basil leaves
  • ½ cup (120ml) fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup (120ml) water 
  • 3 tablespoons (90ml) maple syrup 
  • 1½ cups (350ml) sparkling water


  • cucumber slices
  • lemon slices


Add the chopped cucumber to a blender with the basil, lemon juice, water, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth, then distribute evenly between two glasses. 

Top off with sparkling water. Add in a few ice cubes. Garnish with cucumber and lemon slices, and basil.
